2nd May- My Birthday. Woke up to some lovely presents this morning and cards. Had texts and emails from Steve, Christine and Tony, Lannie, Noelle and Ged, Jen, Andy, then Kirsty called and Jim, then I called Mum and Dad.
Went for lunch at Pizza Joint with Jan, Sue, Hazel,Gail and Kristin. I didnt tell them it was my birthday, cos they are all coming over to our bbq on Saturday. But when we sat down it turned out it was Hazel's birthday also, and Gail's hubby's and it had been Sue's on Sunday. So we had a birthday lunch after all!
Finally it has happened. Birthday lunch - and I drank.........water!!! shock horror!!
But seriously everyone was driving and it's really hot here to, so I wasnt going to even have ONE at lunch time!
It was a lovely fun lunch, and then when i came home I had two deliveries of flowers, one from Mum and Dad and one from Kirsty. Thanks guys, they are absolutely beautiful!!
I was going to be nice and cut the grass, but there was no petrol for the mower! oh well....the thought was there!
